Samy BERGHOL

I'm currently a third-year student at BUT Informatique, specializing in development. Passionate about computers and music creation, I'm particularly interested in designing audio tools and plugins.

For several years now, I've been developing projects combining programming and sound signal processing. My aim is to gain an in-depth understanding of the technologies behind the audio software I use on a daily basis, and to contribute to the creation of innovative tools for musicians and producers.

Eventually, I would like to work for companies specializing in audio technologies and plugin development, such as Arturia, Waves or IK Multimedia, and participate in the design of tools that push back the boundaries of digital music creation.

University projects

For several years now, I've been interested in developing audio tools and plugins.
To better understand the technologies used in music production, I started developing my own plugins in C++ with the JUCE framework.

These projects explore various issues related to audio signal processing, such as spectral analysis, digital effects design and real-time signal manipulation.

They allow me to combine my two passions: music and computers.

As part of my Computer Science degree, I carried out several academic projects covering different areas of computer science: software development, application design, programming and data management.

These projects enabled me to develop my programming skills and work on concrete problems linked to software design.

They reflect my learning and progress during my training.

Music & sound creation

An independent music producer for over six years, I compose, mix and master my own tracks.

This passion naturally led me to the development of audio tools and plugins for digital workstations.
